Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality and freshness of our products. If you receive a product that is not up to our standards, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Our team will assess the situation and, where appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement of the product at our cost.

Non-Perishable Items For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return process for non-perishable items.

Refund Policy

• Perishable Items: If you receive a perishable item that is in unsatisfactory condition, and after review, we find that the product did not meet our quality standards, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected items to your original payment method.

• Non-Perishable Items: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned non-perishable item in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
