Kin Domain Settlement in Central California: "Sound"
Welcome to Eat Like Breathe
Our mission is to cultivate a thriving community by securing land and co-creating our Kin Domain Settlement "Sound" in Central California.
We focus on three key pillars:
-
Location: Identifying the ideal site for our sustainable settlement.
-
Community: Attracting like-minded individuals who share our vision and values.
-
Financial Sustainability: Understanding what candidates earn and how they can grow their income to ensure the long-term success of our project.
Join us as we embark on this transformative journey toward a harmonious, self-sustaining future!

V. Business Model of Our Kin Domain Settlement:
2 stages: 1. Food Co-op 2. Farm
-
Stage 1. Food Co-op: Our food co-op, “Eat Like Breathe,” will connect Los Angeles and San Francisco with local sustainable farmers from California and beyond. The goal of this stage is to build relationships among future settlers and generate enough cash flow to finance land acquisition and other essentials, such as infrastructure and farming. Cooperation is key, as we all need to change our food habits first.
-
Stage 2. Permaculture Farm: Once we secure land, we can develop and co-create while still needing income to support our life transformation. Potential initiatives include: 2.1 A small farm (berries, peaches/apricots, honey). 2.2 A yoga retreat and detox center. 2.3 An Airbnb for ecotourism, catering to travelers between San Francisco and Los Angeles.
